On 30 August, the California Resource Recovery Association, presented Dr. De Mulle'
with a Certificate of Achievement in recognition of his of outstanding accomplishment and that of
the OSS-Spectrum Project, for "e-Waste and Education that integrates job training and recycling
in serving community business and environmental needs."
Judi L. Gregory, President of the 30 year old organization stated "In appreciation for
your efforts and the success of your Spectrum Project, CRRA would like to honor your program
with the attached Certificate of Achievement."
A couple of years ago, on 24 July 2002, the State of California's Employment Development
Department (EDD)presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the Officers and Staff of the
Spectrum/West Project. 4 years ago, we were awarded a Certificate of Commendation for our
efforts in training and hiring Disabled American Veterans.
The Director of the Pasadena EDD office and it's Veteran's Representative, Mr. Ted Tenario, presented the certificate in a short ceremony to Dr. David De Mulle' and Lt. Col. George Robinson (Rtd.) For Outstanding Efforts in Hiring Veterans"

With the help of organizations such as Bank of America, The Los Angeles County ISD and many smaller corporations, we are able to help those who deserve it the most - our Service Disabled Veterans !
